Conditions for Cancellation:

  • We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders.
  • Beyond 24 hours of placing the order, cancellations are not permitted as our products are typically made-to-order.

  • Orders cancelled after the 24-hour period may be subject to a deduction of up to 5% of the product’s value, depending on the case. If you accept store credit, no deduction will be made, and the full amount will be credited.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
We offer a simple, hassle-free returns and exchange process under the following conditions:

  • For apparel, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customized items (size, color, embroidery, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, we will be unable to process the return/exchange.

Procedure for Returns or Exchanges:
If your product meets the above conditions:

  • Email us at care@kashmiripheran.com with your order number, delivery address, and the reason for return or exchange. Include photos in case of a defective or incorrect item.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Upon approval, the product must be returned within 10 days.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot process refunds. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any address correction.

Colors:
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, there may be slight variations depending on your screen settings.

Request for Alteration:
We recommend checking our size chart before making a purchase. If you need alterations post-purchase, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item. You are responsible for any shipping costs related to alterations.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
